NextWaves is the sole owner of the information collected on www.nextwaves.com. NextWaves collects information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Contact

In order to contact NextWaves, a user must first complete the contact form. During data entry a user [is required to] give[s] contact information (such as name and email address). We use this information to contact the user about services on our site for which he has expressed interest.

Information Use

Information collected via this site will be used during the preliminary stages of contact between the user and NextWaves. Subsequently information will be exchanged via the [separate] Extranet area of this site. Information collected in the 'public' area of this site will be incorporated into this dataset.

Information may also be used in agregate form to inform site management activities.

From time to time we may contact users who have previously contacted NextWaves with regard to the subject of their original interest.

Profile

We store information that we collect through cookies, log files, clear gifs, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information maybe tied to the users personally identifiable information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. We do not share your profile with other third parties.
