Our Approach

We seek to management research as a collaborative exercise. Business requirements are translated into research aims, with an emphasis on quick tests to determine viability. Our aim is to ensure that even though researchers are unlikely to fully understand the business imperatives - every researcher knows that with a little thought it is possible to get a Yes/No answer quite quickly.

Assuming the research is viable, we work with the researchers to describe an optimised research programme that explores the full extent of the subject, capturing raw data and moving as far as practical to derisking the technology.

We aim to keep you up to date with progress on a weekly basis, with a quick business summary of progress and important results gained. When the research is finished, not only do the researchers provide a technical document on their results, but we translate and interpret the information for your business needs.
